Deposit

A non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot, the remainder is due on appointment day.

Late Arrivals

There is a 15 minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be cancelled . Please be on time. LAST CLIENT @ 6 PM

Rescheduling

You must reschedule 24 hours i advance. Deposits can be re-used to reschedule 1 time.

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be done 24 hour period to your appointment. Canceling last minute or the day of will cause you to lose your deposit

    No. Omega Dolls operates by private appointment only to ensure each client receives focused, uninterrupted attention. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

    Is a deposit required to book?

    Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This confirms your time slot and is applied toward your final balance on the day of service.

    How should I prepare for my appointment?

    Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise advised. If your service requires specific preparation, you’ll receive instructions after booking to ensure the best possible results.

    What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit. This allows us to respect both your time and other clients waiting to book.
